In this section i would like to share my health tips.
Flu or Cold
When I feel like I am coming down with the cold or flu, and especially when I feel blocked up, I put 1/2 teaspoonful of salt in a cup pf warm water,and using a dropper I tilt my head to the side and drop some of the solution in my nose, a dropper full each side, this usually clears the blockage, repeat 2 to 3 times a day and good to use before bedtime.
I also take echinacea at the first signs of feeling unwell, this boosts the immune system.
I use propolis as a natural antibiotic, it takes a bit longer to work but is really good and only kills off the bad bacteria.
If your chest is congested I suggest mix a few drops of eucalyptus natural oil with almond or vegetable oil and rub on your chest before bed.
